How to make a purchase?
It is very simple.
If you reside in Moscow, prefer to pay in cash and are not interested in subsequent discounts, you can place your order by phone: 8(925)0303-797. Please call and list the articles of desired items, we will complete your order and call you back to arrange a meeting.

If you reside in another city or country, you need complete 3 steps to make a purchase:
1. Register an account specifying your shipping address.
2. Then add goods to the cart, choose the payment and shipping methods that suit you, and confirm the order.
3. We will complete the order and convey all the payment details. Purchased goods will be sent within 1 working day after the payment is settled. All information about your order’s status will appear in your personal account. You will also receive a notification message via e-mail about any changes of the order’s status.

Payment:

- Cash payment at the meeting – you pay only for the ordered items.
- Transfer to the bank card - you pay for the items ordered, the delivery and your bank’s commission for the transaction.
- PayPal ~ through “Pay for goods or services” - you pay for the items ordered, the delivery and 7% of the total amount which PayPal subtracts from our account while processing the payment.
- Money transfer (Gold Crown, Contact, Unistream, Western Union, etc.) - you pay for the items ordered, the delivery and the commission for the transfer charged by payment system of your choice.

Delivery and shipping:

- Pickup by prior arrangement – free of charge. We meet at the entrance to “Komsomolets” cinema (650 meters from Petrovsko-Razumovskaya metro station).
- Express delivery to your house within the MKAD at a time convenient to you - 500 rubles.
- Shipping via the Russian Post

Attention: all shipments are made only with tracking numbers! We guarantee quality packaging and quick dispatch, but we do not take responsibility for the work of postal services!

- Registered letter within Russia up to 100 grams. - 100 rub
- Registered letter of the 1st class within Russia up to 100 grams. - 150 rub
- Registered package within Russia - from 140 rubles.
- Registered package within Russia of the 1st class in Russia - from 180 rubles.
If desired, mail within Russia can be insured. Insurance will cost 5% of the total payment for your order.
- International registered letter up to 100 grams - $ 5,5 + $ 1 for every additional 50 grams
- International registered package – from $6,5.
International mail cannot be insured.
